I have setup the sidebar navigation menu to be a widget, as I couldn’t get the standard menu to appear as anything other than white (nothing). Now it works as viewed in Desktop mode, but as soon as I choose Tablet or Smartphone view modes, it comes up with the standard ronneby menu, but unpopulated.

As an additional, I removed the widget and got the desktop menu to work fine, but for some reason both the smartphone and tablet side menus are coming up blank.

    Hello Psy0n!

Seems you have added changes to the side area and not the primary menu. To have the menu you need to go to Appearance > Menus > Manage locations > Primary navigation > choose the menu from the dropdown. So you will have the menu on desktops and mobiles/tablets.

    Best regards,
