    Hello, Nick!

Regarding your site’s loading speed, we’ve tested it on GTMetrix and Pingdom.

According to the obtained results, we recommend:

    1. Enable gzip compression: https://gtmetrix.com/enable-gzip-compression.html
Your hosting provider can be helpful to you!

    2. Leverage browser caching: https://gtmetrix.com/leverage-browser-caching.html

We can also recommend you to use the caching plugin, e.g:
    -WP Fastest Cache
    or
    -WP Super Cache

    3. Minify JavaScript and CSS: https://gtmetrix.com/minify-javascript-and-css.html
Our customers use WP Fastest Cache plugin which also includes the option to minimize JS and CSS files and optimize the loading time of the site.

    4.Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN): https://gtmetrix.com/use-a-content-delivery-network-cdn.html
Your hosting provider can be helpful to you with this point.

    5.Compress components with gzip: https://gtmetrix.com/compress-components-with-gzip.html
Please ask your hosting provider to set it on your server.

    6. Optimize images: https://gtmetrix.com/optimize-images.html

    Howdy.

You can see the last time I interacted with your team was ~8 months ago.

This morning I got an email from my webhost that the SFTP account I created on the server for y’all previously to troubleshoot the sluggishness of the Ronneby theme is since eating up resources on the server. Here’s the email lead:

Logging in to the dashboard I see the user is consuming a whopping 861MB of space:

What, exactly, was your team doing on my server recently to consume this much space? I have changed all logins but have left the user account in place as I dive in to investigate. But I would like some clarity from your team. Please advise.

    Hello Nick!

We have got your last request 22.11.2016 and it was the last time we have accessed the site and theme files.
We haven’t accessed and haven’t anything on site as we never do it. So please make sure you were not hacked.
We recommend you to change all access details and reinstall WordPress theme and plugins. Please check your site for malware as well.

In case you need any help, please, email us.

    Regard,
    DFD Team
