    Hi,

    I tried to update my slider revolution and WP Bakery plugins by removing and installing again via Appearance, but they were still out of date. I think proceeded to download the latest version of the theme.

    I verified my license using the Item Purchase Code, but when i went to view my site it had reverted to HTML. Thankfully i had a copy of the old theme which i installed to get me running again.

    I noticed that the theme is called dfd ronneby, rather than ronneby. Do i need to do something to convert my site?

    Hello Dsenadhira!

    Sorry for the late reply. Please use up to date support forum and ticket here.

    We have recoded theme and updated to new Envato rules so code structure is changed a lot so we have to rename the theme for version 3.0 and higher to prevent the issues related to theme files overwriting. If you download theme files on themeforest you will find dfd-ronneby and dfd-ronneby_child. Theme should be installed as new theme if you have version under 3.0.

    To update the theme you need to install it as a new theme. All styling and features will be saved. Do not forget to activate the theme with the purchase code and install required plugins.

    Please check http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/dfd-ronneby-30-installation-and-activation. After switching the theme you need to recheck Menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations and Widgets in Appearance > Widgets as widgets can be set to default. It’s Worpdpress peculiarity and we are not able to influence on it.
