Sometimes our clients are facing with the issue when the DFD Contact Form doesn’t send messages.
It means that the Akismet plugin is not installed and activated on their sites.
So, we recommend to install and activate the Akismet plugin for a proper DFD Contact Form work.

The DFD Contact form comes back with “Validation Errors occurred” no matter what I try. I do not have Askimet, and I’ve unchecked those boxes. In fact, I’ve unchecked all required fields. There’s literally nothing to validate here.

The reason of the issue is hidden in incorrect mail-tags which you’ve set in your Message text tab of DFD CF.

P.s I think you people should figure out a better way to show the message text tab, because just like me alot of people do not notice the small three menu dots for the message tab. Just a suggestion!

In case you need separate recipients for the forms we can recommend you two use two forms on the same page or different pages.

The problem with CF is connected with not correct mail tags which are set in your module.

I have had the same issue. I have done all the things that was said but still no email. It is going to a gmail account so im not sure if that is the issue. Let me know if anyone figured this out.

Hello everyone, I figured out that my host GoDaddy has a spam feature I can’t control and they are blocking the words “Subject: {{your-subject}}” as spam. Once I renamed that line or remove it. The contact form started working. Check with your Host.
