Sometimes while saving Theme options on Ronneby theme you can face such issue: warning message saying “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
It’s caused by the lack of memory limit and saving time values set on your server.
Please, contact your host provider and ask them to increase max_execution_time
, max_input_time
and memory_limit
values. E.g.: 60-120 for timeouts, and 128M for memory limit will be just fine. Note, 128M for memory_limit is the recommended value for proper theme functioning.
In case that won’t help, mail us to [email protected] regarding the issue and we’ll try to help you.

I am having the same issues as above and on other posts. I have contacted my host but they are unable to edit the above settings unless I change hosting packages. I would prefer not to do this for now.
For everything in the theme settings I get the error warning, some settings do get applied others seem not to. I am trying to edit the opacity of the sticky navigation with header option 2 but I cannot change colour or opacity.
Your help would be appreciated

I made the changes on the php.ini file using bluehost’s file manager. I am having a similar problem to Michael, I still get the error message after the changes and not all settings get saved.
I also have some other questions that I asked to the email but haven’t been answered, I await for your response.
Thanks in advance.
Hello FF_CARLOS!
The modification of php.ini file doesn’t influence on the wordpress performance. Please contact host in order to increase the memory_limit t 28M or more. If it doesn’t work, contact us and mail us WP and FTP access details.
We’ve got your e-mail (subject: User in serious need of help!). We asked you to mail us access details and purchase code to check the site. Have you got this e-mail?

Hello, my problem is that the template runs very slow on localhost and also gives an error in the frontend: in the following function: function.getimagesize

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in H: \ xampp \ htdocs \ lafloreria \ wp-content \ themes \ ronneby \ templates \ header \ block-custom_logo_side.php on line 25
Please I need help with both problems.
Thank you
Hello, Visiblemarketing!
Please, mail us the purchase code to [email protected] and we’ll be able to provide you with the modified files to fix the getimagesize issue.
As for the second issue, it’s caused by the local server configuration. Please, find the php.ini file and modify the server settings – find the line that sets the max_execution_time value and set it to about 180, etc. That has to help.

I submitted an email and have still not heard back but I am not even getting an error the save changes is just not available. I have tried this on a godaddy hosted site and on wpengine. I can’t even get the demo content to load on WPEngine but even there when I try to save changes nothing. This is really frustrating considering these are two of the biggest hosts for WP.
Hello, Kevin!
We’ve got your emails and cannot access the site with provided credentials to check the issue. Please, check them and mail us the valid ones.
Please, tell us, whether your server settings are enough to handle the theme: memory_limit – 128M, max_execution_time, max_input_time – 60, upload_max_filesize – 40-60M, etc.
Regards, DFD Support Team
I am getting the same error as above. I have edited my PHP to what you suggested but I am still getting this error.
Hello, Monique!
Please, clarify, where changes were made.
Note: the modification of php.ini file doesn’t influence on the wordpress performance.

Best,

Hello, Federico!
Your error is caused by low memory_limit value. We recommend you to contact your hoster and ask to increase this value.
We can check your site and server configurations (actual values) if you mail us to [email protected].
